WARHAWK WARRANTY STATEMENT

Warhawk warrants the original owner and must be inspected by a Warhawk dealer and all service records must be provided to consider a warranty transfer.

If any model is rented it will have a 30-day warranty.

Ranger, Ranger Pro, Commander, Commander Pro, and Scout

6 Years or 1,600 Hours, whichever comes first (3 years for engine and transmissions). Limited Lifetime Deck and Chassis against manufacturing defects. 3-Month Battery Warranty.

Sentry

6 Years or 600 Hours, whichever comes first (3 years for engine and transmissions). Limited Lifetime Deck and Chassis against manufacturing defects. 3-Month Battery Warranty.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

NOT COVERED:

Air Filters, Oil Filters, Fuel Filters, Spark Plugs and Wires, and Mower Blades.

Limited Warranty For Defect and NOT Wear:

Cloth, Plastic and Rubber Components. Tires, Belts and Mufflers.

‍Exclusions – Items that can VOID the Factory Warranty:

‍•Non-genuine Warhawk service parts are not covered by the factory warranty and may void the warranty if they cause damage or premature wear to the product.
•Any misuse, modification, improper setup or adjustments, unapproved accessories, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
•Using fuel with more than 10% ethanol.
•Operating at slopes greater than 15%.
•Tampering with the hour meter.

Battery Warranty

Batteries are covered by a 90 Day warranty. It is the dealer’s responsibility to maintain the battery until the unit is purchased by the customer. It is also the dealer’s responsibility to educate the customer on how to maintain the battery and prevent premature failure. When the unit is not in use, the battery should be put on a trickle charger. If the battery is defective within 90 days after purchase, the reimbursement will not exceed $45.

‍Transmission and Engine warranties will be handled by the manufacturer.

Parts and Accessories

Service replacement parts and non-serialized accessories are warrantied for 90 Days from the date of purchase. LABOR IS NOT INCLUDED.

Customer Responsibilities

Register the product at the time of sale or as soon as possible after it. If the dealer does not register the product, reach out to Warhawk at www.warhawkmowers.com and we will assist in registering the unit.
To obtain warranty service, you must:

•Make sure all maintenance is completed as laid out in the owner’s manual.
•Keep a record of maintenance completed.
•Dealer records/receipts.
•If you complete the maintenance, ensure all the receipts are kept for the work.
•Transport the unit to and from the dealership at your own expense.
•Have warranty work completed by an authorized Warhawk Dealer.

LIMITATION OF REMEDY AND DAMAGES

Warhawk’s liability under this warranty and under any implied warranty that may exist, is limited to the repair of any defect in workmanship and the repair or replacement of any defective part. Warhawk shall not be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits).

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Warhawk shall not be held liable for damages, including premature wear and tear, or injuries caused by the installation of authorized parts or accessories or for parts and accessories not installed by an authorized Warhawk dealer.

DISCLAIMER OF FURTHER WARRANTY
Warhawk makes no warranty, express or implied, other than what is expressly made in this warranty. If the law of your state provides that an implied warranty of merchantability, or an implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, or any other implied warranty, applies to Warhawk then any such implied warranty is limited to the duration of this warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from region to region.
